Handles troubleshooting and releases production schedules to the shop floor to manage and facilitate the daily and/or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/Operations Management for assigned production area.

Your role:

• Shop floor work order management

• Planning master data for all raw material within assigned work cell

• Deviation tracking where applicable

• Line stoppage risk and shortage escalations

• Maintaining factory at standard WIP

Youre the right fit if:

• Youve preferably acquired 1 years of experience in complex manufacturing

• Your skills include attention to detail commitment to excellence strong ERP depth of knowledge

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position

• You seek opportunities to increase effectiveness and efficiency and have the ability to detect and correct errors or inconsistencies

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.29 to $37.27 plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
