Job Summary

Job Title: Production Assistant
Pay Range: $21 - $25 Shift: 1st

The Production Assistant role is a great entry point into the prototyping and manufacturing this position youll support CNC operations while learning foundational skills in 3D printing casting finishing and inspection.

This role offers hands-on exposure mentorship from experienced team members and opportunities for skill development and career growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with CNC production support activities
Support basic 3D printing and casting processes
Perform finishing and inspection of prototype parts
Track work progress and materials in ERP

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools
