Job Summary
- Update department documentation including fund presentations and fact sheets;
- Prepare quarterly Board presentations;
- Maintain team mailbox / classify documents;
- Participate in manager research meetings within team and with external managers;
- Support launch of new products through building marketing presentations;
- Ad-hoc performance analytics hedge funds and private credit;
- Assist team member to collect documents required for Due Diligence.
Qualifications :
- University degree (Masters completed or in final year) in Economics Finance or equivalent;
- Genuine interest in Finance;
- Very good command of MS Office including PowerPoint Excel and Word;
- Organized flexible and versatile;
- Fluent French & English.
