Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our supportive and friendly team within our busy car dealership. The Sales Cadet position is a mix of vehicle preparation sales support after sales support and administration duties. This fluid role will see you becoming more involved within the sales area liaising with clients and being responsible for meeting and greeting clients as they arrive at the showroom and delivering high levels of customer service. This is an extremely busy role that will provide variety within a dynamic work environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include a mix of:
- Preparation of vehicles for sale
- Coordinating Pre-delivery
- Vehicle Sales with the assistance of our team
- After Sales Service and Maintenance Assistance
- Supporting the Sales Team
- Administration Duties
Qualifications :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service
- Punctual and Reliable.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Understand the importance of and respect client confidentiality.
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Full Australian Drivers License

The starting position will be determined by the candidates level of experience in the automotive industry with commencement as either a Sales Executive or Sales Cadet. Advancement to Sales Executive will be available subject to sales performance & professional conduct.
