Talent Transformation Lead

We are looking for a Talent Transformation Lead who is visionary collaborative and adaptable to join us in our Talent team based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

About the role

You will be driving the transformation project for our organization enabling impactful programs that shape the future of our organization. Your work will empower people modernize processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Who youll work with

You will collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues across Talent Digital business leadership and enabling functions such as Finance and Communications. Together you will connect initiatives align priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes for our organization.

What youll do

• Coordinate and enable the execution of the talent transformation roadmap (Project Blossom) ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Act as the main point of accountability for delivering integrated talent programs and initiatives.
• Establish governance structures and monitor progress through key performance indicators.
• Drive resource allocation and iterative planning to adapt to evolving project needs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to support transformation goals.
• Manage program budgets and present financial analyses to leadership and stakeholders.

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills

• Masters degree in Human Resources Information Management Business Administration Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading strategic transformation initiatives or similar large-scale change programs.
• Strong skills in program management stakeholder engagement and change leadership.
• Expertise in digital transformation and leveraging technology to modernize talent processes.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills with a focus on inclusive and clear messaging.
