You are a detail-oriented proactive and highly organized professional with a strong interest in public tendering and procurement processes. You thrive in regulated environments and enjoy working with complex documentation legal frameworks and cross-functional teams to ensure full compliance and operational efficiency. You bring an analytical mindset a high sense of responsibility and a continuous-improvement attitude to every process you manage.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

  • Bachelors degree (or advanced student) in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Law International Relations or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in tender management public or private procurement or administrative/commercial roles related to institutional purchasing.
  • Experience in the IT sector professional services or projects involving public institutions (nice to have).
  • Solid understanding of public procurement processes including bidding guidelines terms of reference evaluation criteria guarantees and compliance requirements.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools for data consolidation and reporting.
  • Experience navigating public procurement portals and corporate procurement platforms.
  • General knowledge of information security management frameworks (ISO 27001) (nice to have).
  • Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines and responsible handling of confidential information.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is required.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support public bidding and contracting processes ensuring compliance with legal technical administrative and financial requirements defined in each tenders terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate the preparation review and consolidation of bid documentation including technical and commercial proposals forms annexes statements and required supporting materials.
  • Work closely with Commercial Legal Operations and Finance teams to ensure proposal consistency contractual compliance and continuity of awarded projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date digital records of national and international tenders and contracts ensuring traceability document control versioning and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the analysis and monitoring of KPIs for Account Managers and ongoing projects preparing reports that enable informed commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the area lead and commercial team including collaboration with partners (manufacturers distributors technology providers) to obtain letters certifications pricing and required documentation.
  • Support activities related to ISO 27001 certification including collection organization updating and validation of documentation required for controls and audits.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of bidding and contracting processes leveraging digital tools such as public procurement portals CRM systems and document management platforms to enhance efficiency and regulatory control.
