Job Summary
Are you looking for an entry-level opportunity that can jumpstart a stable and rewarding career Truck Centers Inc. South Bend is looking for a Body Shop Porter to join our Collision Center team! This is a hands-on role where youll play a key part in keeping our shop running smoothly while gaining valuable experience in a heavy-duty truck body shop.

*This position will work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
What Youll Do:
- Keep the shop and campus clean organized and safe
- Assist body shop technicians to help complete repairs efficiently
- Wash and detail trucks after repairs as well as new and used trucks as needed
- Pick up and deliver parts from suppliers and trucks between our locations
- Sort and properly dispose of recyclables scrap metal and waste
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Valid Drivers License (CDL preferred or ability to obtain one within 90 days is required)
- Experience operating cleaning equipment and basic hand tools
- Knowledge of shop safety policies
- Fork truck certification and/or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented dependable and willing to help wherever needed
- Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check physical and drug screen.
