Job Summary
We are looking for a BDC Associate to join our team. Duties include handling incoming and outgoing Service calls and setting appointments. Must be organized customer service oriented plus have a strong work ethic. If this sounds like you please apply!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with customers to ensure that they are pleased with the service offered
- Greet every customer and assist with any question or inquiry
- Answering incoming calls
- Set appointments with existing and new customers
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge with Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn
