- Greet and engage customers confidently and professionally delivering a warm and welcoming first impression aligned to Ralph Lauren brand values
- Provide expert product knowledge styling advice and tailored recommendations to enhance the customer journey
- Deliver first-contact solutions including supporting customers with services such as click-and-collect product queries and in-store processes
- Maintain exceptional visual and merchandising standards in line with Ralph Lauren guidelines
- Support store operations when required including stock handling replenishment and loss prevention processes
- Represent both Frasers Group and Ralph Lauren with professionalism ensuring brand standards are upheld at all times
Qualifications :
- Customer-focused with relevant experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- A confident and engaging communicator able to build rapport and trust quickly with a diverse customer base
- Passionate about delivering a premium and personalised shopping experience in line with Ralph Lauren brand standards
- Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset and a desire to consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs
- A collaborative team player willing to support colleagues and contribute across all areas of the store when required
