Job Summary

What youll do

Youre the first face our guests see and you have your own way of treating them as individuals making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
Deal with the coming and going of guests making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
Maintain great relationships throughout the whole hotel to ensure all interdepartmental tasks are dealt with in the positive Hox way that were very proud of.
Youre where its at take phone calls reply to incoming emails and be on top of other digital communication channels and handle inquiries and guest requests accordingly.
Be the person youd like to meet when travelling - give recommendations for the best show to see and the latest pop-up restaurant to try in the area - youre the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.
Make sure our Front Desk is always tidy stocked and ready to delight the next guest.
Youll be assigned and involved with personal projects based on your strengths and interests to help develop and improve our departments and hotels overall performance.

Qualifications :

What were looking for

Its all about attitude for us someone who enjoys being helpful to others; that person who makes you feel confident they can answer any question and who youd want to stop and chat to.
Previous hotel (or similar) experience is great but its not a must-have for us - if youre eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know.
Must be fluent in German and English additional languages will be highly valuable.
Youre looking for a place where you can be you no clones in suits here.
Passion for hospitality whether thats a drink a meal an event or a bed for the night.
Youre all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with leaving them with a memorable experience.
