Business Controller (20 40)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Controller to join our this role you will be responsible for financial planning analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and control budgets forecasts and KPIs.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management.
• Support strategic planning and business performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
• Assist in cost analysis and profitability assessments for projects and services.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in controlling financial analysis or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
