Were looking for a data-driven and business-savvy Specialist Growth & Marketing to join our dynamic Marketing this role you will play a critical part in helping us plan implement and achieve our ambitious growth targets and OKRs. You will be the go-to person for performance monitoring actionable analysis and strategic insights across our core marketing KPIs and budget.
This role requires someone with a strong analytical mindset a deep understanding of customer behavior and a proactive attitude toward solving complex business problems.
What Youll Do:
Support strategic planning by collaborating with several local and international stakeholders from the Marketing and Commercial department as well as Regional Teams to define implement and monitor monthly quarterly and annual OKRs.
Challenging business financial and functional performance and driving key OKRs.
Track daily performance across core marketing KPIs (Monthly Active Users Orders Acquisitions Retentions Reactivations etc.) and marketing budget rates.
Raise red flags early by identifying anomalies or risks in performance data and budget pacing. Propose solutions and outline next steps.
Own reporting and dashboards: Ensure stakeholders have access to real-time easy-to-interpret data to make informed decisions.
Deliver deep-dive analysis on performance trends customer cohorts marketing channels and campaign effectiveness.
Translate data into action: Recommend and help implement initiatives that drive user growth and improve marketing efficiency.
Continuously explore new growth opportunities and tactics by combining quantitative insights with a strong understanding of the business and market.
Supporting senior management with regular performance reports business modeling and other key topics.
Champion a test-and-learn culture by supporting experiments tracking results and synthesizing learnings into strategic recommendations.
What Were Looking for:
5 years of experience in consulting growth marketing analytics business intelligence or similar role - ideally in a fast-paced consumer-facing business.
Strong proficiency in BigQuery Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Power BI). SQL knowledge is desired.
Excellent understanding of marketing metrics digital funnels and customer lifecycle data.
Strong business acumen - you understand the why behind the numbers and can tie insights to broader strategic goals.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear actionable insights.
Proactive curious and independent thinker who takes ownership and thrives in ambiguity.
Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce business is a plus.
Fluent English and German language skills.

Based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week) we offer a gross annual salary starting at 55000 (all-in) depending on your qualifications and experience
