Qualifications :
Candidate Eligibility Criteria Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
PwD Freshers
Preferred educational background: BBA BMS MBA
For Supply Chain roles: BBA / MBA with specialization in Supply Chain preferred
For Sales Administration & Commercial roles: Educational qualifications are flexible subject to role suitability
PwD students who are yet to graduate are also welcome (2025-26 batch).
PwD Experienced candidates
Educational background: Flexible
Mandatory: Relevant prior work experience aligned to the role

Here are the disability types the client can support at the moment:
1. Physical Disabilities (Locomotor disability Muscular dystrophy Dwarfism ) - the disability should not restrict independent mobility of the candidate - the candidate should not depend on wheelchair/ walker/crutches for movement. Independently operating laptop and independent commute.
2. Learning Disabilities with prior work experience.
3. Hearing Impairment: Candidates who can communicate well verbally with the use of Cochlear Implants or Hearing aids.
4. Thalassemia Hemophilia Sickle Disease
