Working Student Administrative Assistant

• Schedule calendar for Commercial Plant Manager;
• Email and phone correspondence;
• Travel arrangement and reimbursements for PC;
• External internal visits organization;
• Verifying Timesheets for all PC direct reports;
• Proxy for PT assistant;
• Preparing documents for signatures- verifying and sending them back;
• Preparing and sending internal correspondence;
• Organizing events for CMT members - outside Bosch;
• Planning vacation/business trips/ HO in the system for PC;
• Supplies orders for the PM office.

Qualifications :

• Ongoing Bachelors studies Human Resources/Marketing and Communication/Business or any related area;
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English additional language is beneficial;
• Operating skills PC: MS OFFICE;
• Organizational skills; 
• Reliable;
• Punctual.
