Job Summary
Telecom Civil Workers
We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Telecom Civil Workers to join our team at Capital Tower & Communications Waverly NE. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telecom civil construction and will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the construction installation and maintenance of telecommunications towers and communication equipment or a strong background in earth moving and construction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform line / utility installations
- Grounding as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project manager
- Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures
- Heavy Equipment operation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the telecom industry specifically in civil construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compensations:
Starting Base Pay: $19-$25 Depending on experience.
$2000 Sign on Bonus! Paid after 6 Months of continuous employment.
Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days 90 Days 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance.
Per Diem is paid out weekly starting at $130/day.
Generous end of the year bonuses.
Paid Travel to and from regular rotation breaks.
