This role requires you to have lived in the UK for the last 5 years and obtainSecurity Check (SC) security clearance. Clearance must be obtained without any caveats that prevent you from carrying out the role youve been recruited for. If it isnt obtained or is obtained but with caveats that prevent you from carrying out the role any conditional offer made to you will be withdrawn. Obtaining SC security clearance can be a lengthy process and we reserve the right to withdraw any conditional offer made if the necessary security clearance isnt obtained within 12 months.

We are actively seeking a highly motivated detail-focused and results-drivenProject Engineerto become an integral part of our dynamic and dedicatedMaritime Assurance Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about contributing to the safety compliance and overall performance of complex maritime projects systems and operations.
As the successful candidate you will take on a pivotal role in ensuring that all aspects of our maritime projects meet the highest standards of quality safety and regulatory compliance. This will involve working across a diverse range of responsibilities from conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to implementing robust assurance processes that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.

We champion flexible ways of working. Regular in-person attendance is required (this is expected to be approximately 60% of your working week) to promote the benefits of face-to-face collaboration alongside flexibility of hours to support work-life balance and business need. There will also be the opportunity for travel to other sites and contractor across the UK.

To be successful with your application youll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:
A Science TechnologyEngineeringand/or Mathematics based qualification at RQF Level 6 (Such as for example Bachelors Degree);
A Science TechnologyEngineeringand/or Mathematics based qualification at RQF Level 4 (Such as for example HND NVQ) plus with a Professional body/institution related to your discipline hold current professional registration at the level listedbelow;
A Science TechnologyEngineeringand/or Mathematics based qualification at RQF Level 3 (Such as for example HNC BTEC NVQ) plus a minimum of 3 further years of relevant professional experience;
With a Professional body/institution related to your discipline hold current professional registration at the level listed below plus a minimum of 3 further years of relevant professional experience.
Professional Registration List
o Engineering Technician (EngTech) or
o Registered Science Technician (RSciTech); or
o Registered Environmental Technician (REnvTech) or
o Chartered Chemist (CChem)
