Are you ready to be thebackboneof a crucial function and directly impact global operational efficiency We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientedProcurement Operations Analystto join our dynamic team on a6-month temporary contract. The Role: What Youll Do & How Youll Grow
As a Procurement Operations Analyst you wont just be processing transactions; youll be driving efficiency and ensuring theaudit readinessof our entire Indirect Procurement process. This role isstrategicyour work in process improvement and data management directly contributes to the companys success by ensuring seamless and compliant purchasing operations.
Core Responsibilities:
Purchase Order (PO) Management:Execute the complete SC-to-PO lifecycle including convertingShopping Carts (SC)intoPurchase Orders (PO) managing all PO changes re-triggering POs to suppliers and ensuring all purchasing documents areaudit-ready.
Supplier and Catalog Management:Act as aData Specialist; own the full lifecycle ofSupplier Onboardingwithin the MDM system (new requests unblock extend) ensuring compliance withStandard Operating Business Procedures (SOBPs). Manage the workflow content compliance and cut-over of all changes for bothInternal and Punchout (external) Catalogs adhering to GIT standards.
Customer Assistance & Ticketing:ResolveLevel 2 POC ticket querieswithin defined SLAs using theColgate Palmolive Request System (Creatio/CPRS). Efficiently escalate technical needs (IRs tickets) to GSSO when required.
Continuous Improvement & Automation:Apply anautomation mindsetto carry out improvement and automation projects. Utilize project management methodology to enhance processes and systems fortime-savingand greater purchase efficiency/automation.
What Were Looking For (Your Profile)
This temporary high-impact role requires a blend of technical skill attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
Must-Haves:
Education:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Finance Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience:At least1-2 years of experiencein customer service and Source-to-Pay Finance or Business Administration.
Skills:Proficiency in Englishis essential.
Intermediate-Advanced level inExcel and Google Sheets.
Mindset:A strongautomation and continuous improvement mindset.
Familiarity withSAP Ariba(Preferred).
