What Youll Build

The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global-minded strategic paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program its the foundation for a career built on connection creativity and impact.

Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen Monitoring Specialist

Location: Monterrey Mexico

Expected Start: February 2026

Duration: 24 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Learn SAP technologies (ABAP HANA etc) Cloud platforms (SAP DCs AWS Azure GCP) and Enterprise Solutions
• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies across cloud and enterprise IT
• Core skills in customer centricity communication and project management with exposure to global customers projects and delivery models
• Require certifications for your chosen career path within ECS
• Collaborate with global teams in a dynamic customer-focused environment
• Develop the technical and functional knowledge required to support business-critical landscapes
• Contribute to innovation with a culture of collaboration and learning simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Clear career progression with multiple role pathways in ECS.
• Monitoring of operational dashboards.
• Ensure KPI adherence.
• Alerts and monitoring.

• Fresh graduates or early career professionals with a bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering IT or related fields
• Strong interest in Cloud Technologies Enterprise Solutions and IT operations
• Foundational understanding of IT databases operating systems or cloud concepts (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work in a global team environment with curiosity adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn continuously and pursue required certifications and engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of evolving technologies and industry best practices.
