What Youll Do
- Oversee service orders and workflow in the Drive Lane.
- Ensure customers receiveprompt courteous and effective service.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems warranties and repairs.
- Maintain high Customer Success Index standards.
