We have two permanent Leading Hand opportunities for motivated team players who thrive in the this role youll assist the Field Supervisor and take charge on site when needed overseeing the day to day delivery of construction and maintenance projects. Youll mentor and train crew members organise labour plant and materials and roll up your sleeves to work alongside the team. As a safety leader youll champion best practices and live our CREW values while ensuring quality outcomes across civil infrastructure works from roads and drainage to concrete and asphalt.
