Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing diagnosing maintaining and servicing computer-related products including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers printers and peripherals.
- Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation triaging and resolution.
- Experience with desktop support server support hardware network and software installation and troubleshooting
- Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment
- Printing (installation deployment configuration disposals)
- Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PCs
- Test and Tag experience highly regarded
- Minimum of 6months experience in supporting Deskside support environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- NV1 security clearance must have for this role.
- Drivers License is required
