Professional Experience

Proven Track Record:5 years of experience in UX/UI Product Design or Interaction Design with at least 2-3 years in a formal leadership or mentoring role within a high-growth or enterprise environment.
Portfolio Excellence:A portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles showcasing complex system-level thinking andmost importantlythe business impact of your work.
Industry Context:Experience shipping large-scale consumer-facing or complex B2B products across multiple platforms (Web iOS Android).

Technical Mastery

Design Systems:Expert-level proficiency in building maintaining and scalingDesign Systemsusing tools like Figma.
Prototyping:Ability to create everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity interactive prototypes that effectively communicate motion and behavior.

Leadership & Strategic Mindset

Strategic Thinking:Ability to synthesize complex business requirements into elegant simple user experiences. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication & Presence:Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. You can explain the why behind a design to a CEO or an Engineer with equal clarity and conviction.
User Research Advocacy:Experience integrating qualitative and quantitative research into the design process. You are a champion for the user using data and empathy to drive decisions.
