Delawie a Leo A. Daly Studio is seeking an experienced Architect III Position to join our team to work on-site in our San Diego Calif. office. This role involves high-level project management duties from project inception through construction administration phases. The successful candidates must be a team player who is well organized detail oriented focused design driven accurate and committed to continuous particular we are seeking individuals that support the mission and culture of the firm by demonstrating:

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects of all sizes and levels of complexity and provides project team leadership.
- Assist in designing documenting and coordinating projects from conceptualization through development and execution in the field.
- Follow projects from inception through construction to maintain design quality and intent.
- Develop project design schedules.
- Estimate project staffing requirements
- Monitor and manage project staff work loads and project budgets.
- Support and assist other architectural technical staff in a team environment.
Requirements
- Architectural license required.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in design/project management with a focus on design and construction documents on a wide range of project types including hospitality science & technology corporate industrial federal and educational projects.
- Leadership experience including managing client expectations multi-disciplinary teams and commitment to meeting scope/schedule/budget requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of the architectural planning and design process construction documentation construction administration and code requirements
- Proficiency with Revit and BIM Collaborate Pro is required.
- In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD SketchUp Modeling MS Office MS Project and preparation of presentation materials.
- Effective verbal and graphic communication organizational and collaborative skills.
- Experience working with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) for project requirements and permitting.
- Experience working directly with clients.
Salary range for this position varies between $85000 $130000 depending upon applicable experience.
