About the role:
In this role our successful candidate will align with the First 2000 days providing safe compassionate person-centred care in partnership with children and families/carers in an individual sensitive and culturally appropriate manner. You will offer support and guidance to babies children and families/carers encompassing parenting feeding developmental stages sleep and settle.
The service is provided by home visits and clinic visits across 12 sites in the Greater Newcastle Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens area. The main hub is based at Wallsend Health Campus.

You will be supported by the Service Manager NUM CNCs CNE CNS1s and Child and Family Health Nurses in the role. There are professional development presentations and education team clinical supervision opportunities and support for the individual supervision requirements if required.
