Position : Paid Ads ManagerClient : Next Call Club

Salary Range : 1500 - 2500 USD
Location : Latin America
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: strategy setup optimization and reporting
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Display) Meta and other platforms
- Implement and optimize conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Run structured A/B tests to improve performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative landing pages and reporting
- Analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Report on key KPIs and make budget recommendations based on performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing high-performance paid campaigns (3 years preferred)
- Lead generation and CRM experience highly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Ads and other major platforms
- Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills; able to work with reporting dashboards (e.g. Looker GA etc.)
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with autonomy
