About us:
Wells Fargo Vendor Finance is a provider of commercial leasing and financing products for some of the largest companies. We work with equipment manufacturers dealers and distributors to offer competitive and flexible-point-of-sale financing programs for their commercial customers. Some of the partners you could work with include Apple Canada Bobcat and Ritchie Bros. to name a few. Vendor Finance reaches small middle-market and large corporate companies with equipment needs and provides term loans and equipment leases.

About this role:

This will be a 12-month co-op program from May 2026 based out of Mississauga.


We are looking for someone who can work with our partners across Canada and in varied industries. You are interested in managing and maintaining relationships with our major vendors and have strong organizational coordination and time management skills allowing you to handle multiple transactions in parallel.You are interested in being an integral part of the sales team collaborating with partners internally and externally to ensure transactions are originated won and funded through various Vendor relationships. The successful candidate is organized collaborative outgoing and able to work on multiple projects.

As a Co-Op Program Analyst on the Commercial team you will:

  • Participate in regular training sessions with members of the management team. The goal is to improve your commercial lending acumen while learning alongside your peers.

  • Manage relationships for assigned dealer accounts and provide sales support to Relationship Managers.

  • Develop strategy proposals and initiatives to generate additional revenues through optimizing business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Evaluate and review terms for credit submittals and approvals from those sources.

  • Work collaboratively across functions to structure transactions interact with equipment management on collateral evaluations and provide general customer service and support to the portfolio.

  • Perform needs analyses with current customers and understand their requirements.

  • Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area.

  • Collaborate interact and consult with peers internal customers and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function policies procedures and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working towards the completion of a business degree or equivalent.

  • Possess strong organization analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Communicate effectively with external and internal customers.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Possess strong collaboration skills with ability to work independently.

  • Able to adapt to changing business requirements.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$20.51 - $35.90
