Overview
The IT Mobility Analyst is responsible for deploying managing and supporting mobile applications and devices including updates troubleshooting and end-user support. This role also maintains mobile infrastructure collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve performance and ensures compliance with security policies and lifecycle management standards.
Responsibilities
- Deploy manage and maintain mobile applications including updates patches and version control.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management (MDM) mobile application management (MAM) and app deployment.
- Support the architecture engineering maintenance and operation of the MDM platform and related infrastructure.
- Respond to and resolve end-user support requests related to mobile devices and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that enhance mobile performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for mobile device and application management processes.
- Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including feature updates and system upgrades.
- Partner with the IT Security team to enforce and maintain mobile security policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support mobility infrastructure and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Experience in mobile device management mobile application management and mobile app deployment.
- Experience with mobile management platforms including MobileIron and Microsoft Intune.
- Drivers license
- Mobility Related Technical Certifications preferred
- Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems including iOS and Android.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel up to 15%
