Solutions Engineer

Solutions Engineer is a highly strategic high-exposure role that will drive the use of Whatfix being a trusted consultant to our customers by guiding them during the products implementation and internally evangelizing on the diverse use cases of Whatfix implementation. You will drive the onboarding product solution-ing end-to-end implementation of the product to deliver a seamless user experience.

What you will be doing

• Develop test and maintain robust code for various features ensuring functionality across different environments and platforms.
• Design scalable and maintainable software architectures that support the Products growth and evolution considering future feature additions and integrations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Application applying problem-solving skills to devise and implement effective solutions.
• Work with our customers to configure test & integrate Whatfix solutions into enterprise applications
• Acquire and Leverage your knowledge across various Enterprise Applications to define the framework for Whatfix Implementation
• Pilot new feature releases to directly influence the overall Product development roadmap
• Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments including Product Customer Success Sales Customer Support and Marketing

What are we looking for

• BTech CSE BTech IT / ITES MTech BCA or MCA with No Backlogs.
• Excellent Problem solving skills.
• Full-Time work experience - At least 3 years of Work experience in Web Technology (HTML JS CSS) APIs and Databases
• Experience on other Languages and Frameworks will be an added advantage.
• Good Knowledge on Software Architecture and Design Patterns.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (Very Important)
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while dealing with complex situations.
