WhatYoullDo
The Clinical Educatorwillassistwith the design build and implementation of training programs within Strive Health Care to ensure the successful onboarding and continuous training of clinical and non-clinical teams. Clinical teams consist of nurse practitioners registered nursecare managers registered dietitians medical assistants care coordinators social workers pharmacists and others. The education programs and training will reflect evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and adult learning theory. This role will support all markets nationwideincluding corporate personnelandwill reportto the Manager ClinicalInformatics & Education.
The Day to Day
- Developseducation programs and training that are evidence-based and supportive of adult learning theory.
- Workswith other departments and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in building and delivering programs that meet the organizations needs.
- Conductsworkflow analysis andidentifiesopportunities for improvement in the education and learning process andimplementsstrategies to improve clinical excellence and operational efficiencies.
- Servesas the subject matter expert on technical applications such as electronic health record(EHR)and platformsutilizedfor provision of care care coordinationand reporting.
- Effectively communicatesnew enhancements of technical applications new and/or revised programs and developseducation resources to support end user learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in nursingeducationor related field.
- 4years experiencein a clinical roleie: RNCM NP or equivalent
- 2yearsof curriculum development and education experience in a clinical settingor equivalent/relevantexperience.
- Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60ms.
- Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years experience in clinicalrole( Care Manager orNurse Practitioner).
- 2yearsexperienceas a field preceptor of students and/or new clinical hires.
- 2 years experience inNephrologyor dialysis.
- 2 years case management experience.
- Strong knowledge ofAdvancedMD(or other EHR)andSalesforce/HealthCloud(or other care management platform).
- Advanced computer skills withproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite.
Annual Base Salary Range: $85500 - $104000
