A local bolt manufacturing company in Portland OR is hiring an experienced Structural Steel Welder to join their team. Were looking for dependable safety-minded welders with strong TIG and MIG skills who take pride in clean consistent high-quality work. This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with steady hours and competitive pay.

Job Details:

Full-time temp-to-hire position with long-term potential
Perform TIG and MIG welding on structural steel components
Read and interpret blueprints welding symbols and work instructions
Produce consistent high-quality welds to company standards
Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality
Maintain welding equipment and tools
Follow all safety procedures and policies
Keep work areas clean organized and efficient

Requirements:

23 years of TIG and MIG welding experience
Structural steel welding experience required
Strong blueprint and fabrication drawing reading skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Reliable punctual and safety-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Manufacturing or industrial welding experience preferred

Day Shift MondayFriday 6:30 AM3:00 PM

$28$32/hr DOE
