Job Summary

- Oversee the billings to the hotels/owners
- Responsible for the reconciliation for the billings and VAT Fapiao
- Ensure timely processingcollectionand proper accounting treatment
- Support month-end closing process journal entries and perform monthly accounts reconciliation
- Communicate and liaise with hotels/owners on billings and VAT Fapiao related queries
- Coordinate with third-party for VAT Fapiao project include E-Fapiao process
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Education & Experience
- Degree in accounting or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years commercial accounting experience.
- Experience in a complex accounting environment including multiple subsidiaries currencies and bases of accounting strongly preferred
- Experience in system implementation and workflow or process improvement will be an added advantage
- Preference for accounting experience with major multinational corporations
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills in business process and project management; capable of developing effective project plans and processes ensuring compliance with existing processes and producing quality results
- A good team player to promote collaboration in work environment Comfort with challenging status quo to improve effectiveness
- Strong time management skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Hands on experience in PeopleSoft is a plus
- Fluency in English
