We are partnering with a leading Australian retail bank to recruit an experienced Bank Teller / Customer Service Officer for a mobile role based in Clayton supporting multiple branches across South East Melbourne.
This is a casual opportunity with full-time hours (38 per week) and strong potential to transition to a permanent role with ongoing career progression.
This is a mobile branch role meaning you will work across a number of branches in the South East as required. Flexibility and the ability to travel between branches is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing outstanding face-to-face customer service
Handling cash transactions deposits withdrawals and enquiries
Supporting customers with everyday banking needs
Identifying customer needs and referring relevant banking products
Ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you will have:
Proven retail customer service experience (essential)
Previous banking or financial services experience (highly preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence handling cash and customer transactions
Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday across varying shifts
Ability to travel between branches across the South East
Australian Citizenship (essential)
Second language skills are highly regarded particularly:
Mandarin / Cantonese
Vietnamese
Casual role with 38 hours per week
