As a Family Permanency Coordinator youll lead and support our Family Permanency Services department focusing on the Family Engagement Program. This role combines leadership supervision and collaboration to ensure high-quality services for families and youth in foster care.

What Youll Do
- Supervise and mentor Family Engagement Specialists
- Oversee program operations and ensure quality services
- Facilitate family meetings and collaborate with ODHS and community partners
- Manage data quality and reporting requirements
- Lead team meetings trainings and outreach efforts
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in social work counseling psychology or a related area OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- OR a minimum of 5 years of direct experience
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with the ODHS Child Welfare system
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
