Your responsibilities include administering medications and treatments under physician orders assessing and monitoring vital signs and identifying early changes in health status. Youll perform wound care assist with activities of daily living support mobility and rehabilitation efforts and help prevent infections and falls through proactive safety measures. Youll participate in care planning document thoroughly in electronic medical records and communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams residents and families.
