Job Summary
Residential Youth Counselor Adventure-Based Treatment Program
Location: Plymouth NH
Pay: Up to $19hr
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week

Were looking for compassionate dedicated individuals to support at-risk youth in a therapeutic residential setting. As a Residential Youth Counselor youll mentor and guide adolescents helping them build life skills confidence and resilience.

About MPA:
Founded in 2003 Mount Prospect Academy provides innovative mental health and educational services to adolescents across New England. Our mission is to create a safe caring environment where students can grow learn and thrive.
What Youll Do:
- Supervise and mentor youth modeling positive behavior
- Support daily living activities (meals hygiene recreation)
- Implement therapeutic programming and crisis intervention
- Foster social emotional and coping skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe structured environment
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience
- Valid drivers license preferred; must be 21
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required
Shifts Available:
- Front Half: Sun 8a10:30p; MonWed 2p10:30p
- Back Half: WedFri 2p10:30p; Sat 8a10:30p
