As our RN Resident (New Grad) at CHI St. Vincent now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health youll transition from practicing procedures as a student to becoming a professional nurse. Youll build trust with your clinical preceptor and patients as you practice classroom concepts in real time. Our residency program establishes your position as a reliable resource and helpful supporter of patients and families.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is a 280-bed faith-based non-profit Magnet Accredited facility providing quality health care to patients and communities all over Arkansas. As the only level II trauma center in the southwest part of the state CHI St Vincent Hot Springs is the regional referral center for cardiology trauma neuro ortho oncology and critical care/pulmonary. We have also been voted as one of Arkansass Best Places to Work by Arkansas Business since 2019. We have earned top patient safety ratings from Leapfrog and were recently named as one of the Nations 50 Top Cardiovascular Hospitals in Fortune and PINC AI.

  • Youre in patient rooms quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor
  • Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility
  • Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice
  • Build your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patients


We are offering a $15000 Sign On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree In Nursing.
  • Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arkansas Board of Nursing
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
