About the role

As an Area Coach youll lead a groupof restaurants to deliver standout results across People Customer Sales andProfit by coaching challenging and growing your GMs. Youll mix strategicthinking with hands-on leadership building high-performing teams and setting aculture thats worth following.

Whatwill you spend your time doing

  • Lead from the front Youll support andchallenge a group of Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to deliver on the bigfour: People Customer Sales and Profit.
  • Drive the strategy Youll set cleargoals help build the game plan and keep everyone focused on what really movesthe needle.
  • Spot commercialopportunities Youll have your eyes open for ways to grow sales improve margins and makeevery restaurant run smarter.
  • Hire smart Youll guide thehiring process to make sure we bring in top talent who get our values and wantto stick around.
  • Grow future leaders Youll spot risingstars early and back them with the right development so theyre ready when itstheir time.
  • Hold the standards From product qualityto customer experience youll audit what matters and act fast when thingsslip.
