Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Directs the efforts of subordinate managers and Field Engineering associates.
Supports / drives budgeting analytics and long-term capacity planning.
Partners and develops influence with cross-functional product technical and support organizations to ensure alignment and coordination of support activities.
Implements and utilizes risk mitigation and issue management procedures to reduce potential negative impacts to overall program effectiveness.
Recommends improvements in methods budget expenditures equipment usage and procedures based on statistical and process analyses.
Develops methods to measure client experience obtaining ongoing feedback to ensure efforts meet client expectations for time cost and results.
Completes and distributes status reports on Field Engineering and related program health and overall project lifecycle management.
Actively manages open issues and works with senior leaders and internal partners to develop key decisions.
US Scope.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Completed a bachelors or an engineering degree in a related field.
6-8 years of relevant experience and leadership experience.
Fluent Spanish/English is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and proven technical leadership experience.
