Specific duties

  1. Vendor lifecycle support:
  • Assistwith vendor due diligence and data protection checksfor new tools.
  • Track contract renewalslicencereviews and procurement activities.
  • Helpidentifysavings opportunitiesredundanttools/licencesandassistwith SaaS audits using tools such asSastrify.
  1. Change management and project support
  • SupportProject /Changeinitiativesand readiness activities.
  • Ensure projects followstandardisedinitiation and reporting processes.
  1. Governancesupport:
  • Maintain governance trackers RAID Benefit compliance documentation.
  • Maintainanddocumentgovernanceprocesses/proceduresandimprovementactions.
  • Ensure documentation is up to date and accessibletostakeholders.
  • Support ISO certification activities and audit readiness.
