What Youll Do
As a Field Service Engineer youll be the go-to technical expert for our customers across Brisbane the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. Your work ensures that critical medical and surgical equipment performs flawlesslybecause when it matters most reliability saves lives.
Deliver preventative maintenance repairs and servicing of Stryker equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve technical issues quicklyeven in high-pressure clinical settings
Build trusted relationships with hospital teams as their technical advisor
Manage your own schedule and travel across the region with autonomy
Collaborate with a supportive team to share knowledge and achieve goals
Maintain accurate service documentation to meet compliance standards

What You Bring
Experience with hands-on technical experience (mechanical electrical electronics engineering or trades)
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel
