The Opportunity & School Profile
This high-achieving Brent school is seeking an enthusiastic Business ECT. Our comprehensive ECT support includes a dedicated induction lead and specialized modules on professional communication preparing you to deliver complex vocational and academic content to older students and engage professionally with parents.
Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Academic Rigour: Instructing Business Studies across Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level) only.
Strategic Analysis: Developing students ability to evaluate financial data marketing strategies and global business models at an advanced level.
Induction Journey: Participating in the ECF training with a specific focus on A-Level moderation and vocational assessment.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Relevant Degree in Business or Finance.
Salary: Paid on the Teachers Pay Scale with Inner London weighting.
Support: 10% reduced timetable for professional development and a personal subject mentor.
