The Opportunity
A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bradford is seeking a passionate and committed English Teacher to join its supportive English department. This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher with a structured induction programme dedicated mentoring and ongoing professional development.
You will teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4 inspiring students to develop confidence in reading writing and critical thinking while contributing to whole-school literacy initiatives.

English Teacher Key Responsibilities
Teach English across KS3 and KS4
Plan and deliver engaging high-quality lessons
Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
Work collaboratively within the English department
Support enrichment activities and wider school initiatives
The Ideal English Teacher
Degree in English or a related subject
QTS (or due to obtain)
Passion for teaching and learning
Strong classroom presence and organisation
Reflective enthusiastic and student-focused
