Role: Membership Advisor / Junior Duty Manager (Sales-Focused)
Location: Anytime Fitness Southsea Portsmouth
Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible shifts including some weekends)
About the Role
Were looking for a driven proactive Membership Advisor to join our team at Anytime Fitness Southsea.
This is a sales-led customer-facing role for someone who enjoys talking to people taking initiative and turning conversations into memberships. Youll play a key role in growing the gym welcoming new members and maintaining the premium experience were known for.
This role suits someone who is hungry to perform comfortable working to targets and interested in progressing towards a Duty Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with prospective members in-gym on the phone online and locally
Proactively generate own prospective prospects either in gym or outside
Book and deliver gym tours that convert into memberships
Follow up all enquiries and leads promptly and professionally
Promote membership options and clearly communicate the value of Anytime Fitness
Support retention by building positive relationships with existing members
Maintain high standards of cleanliness safety and presentation at all times
Assist with opening/closing duties and basic operational tasks as required
Represent the brand confidently and professionally at all times
What Were Looking For
Previous sales or customer-facing experience (gym experience a bonus not essential)
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people
Proactive mindset you dont wait to be told what to do
Comfortable working towards daily and weekly targets
Reliable organised and takes ownership of results
Interest in fitness health or personal development
Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification preferred but not essential
