TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.
Currently we are looking for a Study Contract Manager for a direct recruitment for one of our clients a Big Pharma company.
Please keep in mind that this is a hybrid position with 3 days per week at the clients office in Hamburg or Munich.
Key Responsibilities:
Adapt global contract templates to meet local requirements and SOPs
Develop and negotiate clinical site budgets
Negotiate contract language and budgets with investigators and institutions
Act as the main point of contact for sites on contractual and budgetary matters
Liaise with Legal as required to ensure contract integrity and compliance
Track contract status budgets amendments payments and related communications throughout the study lifecycle
Ensure contracts accurately reflect negotiated terms and are executed in a timely manner
Contribute to efficient site start-up timelines
Support internal and external audits
Ensure all finalized contracts are filed appropriately in the TMF
Maintain compliance with company policies procedures and applicable regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in life sciences law finance or a related field
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant local regulations
Solid understanding of clinical study management
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Cell therapy experience
Ability to work from the Hamburg or Munich office 3 days per week
