Job Summary
Stage Works a leading Indian company in the Architecture and Planning industry is seeking a talented Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic team. With a strong focus on innovative and high-quality technology we specialize in comprehensive stage engineering theatre design and audiovisual solutions for a range of performance spaces. As an Architectural Drafter you will be integral to our turnkey projects supporting the design and execution phases with precise technical drawings and plans. You will collaborate closely with our in-house experts to create detailed schematics that align with our commitment to excellence in stage automation lighting acoustics projection and custom fabrication. Tasks
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans for stage engineering and theater design projects using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs align with project specifications and client requirements.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with local building codes.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documents and specifications for construction and installation of audiovisual solutions.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of design documents and support the execution phase of projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Drafting or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD and Revit with a strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural designs.
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural drafting preferably in stage engineering or performance space design.
- Strong understanding of building codes regulations and standards applicable to architectural design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure precise and innovative design solutions.
