To support our growth we are looking for an Operations & Growth Associate (Junior) a versatile execution-focused profile that will work across teams and help us move faster as a company.

About the Role

This is a generalist junior role with exposure to Sales Operations People Finance and Data.
You will work closely with multiple teams supporting day-to-day execution improving processes and taking ownership of operational tasks that help the rest of the company focus on higher-impact work.

It is an ideal role for a graduate or early-career profile who wants to learn how a startup operates end-to-end and later specialize in one area (Sales People Ops Data or Finance).

Your Scope

You will support multiple teams across the company helping us execute faster and more efficiently.

Sales & Growth Support

• Support pipeline execution: meeting scheduling follow-ups by call/email/whatsapp and CRM ownership.
• Help prepare sales materials pre-meeting analysis and client onboarding.

People & Internal Operations

• Support hiring processes interviews scheduling and onboarding logistics.
• Help manage internal tools (Factorial) and team coordination.

Operations & Service Support

• Assist with process documentation and internal tooling.
• Support consultants and teams with data dashboards and operational tasks.
• Help manage customer feedback processes (NPS).

Finance & Admin Support

• Support basic finance operations (clients invoices reconciliations).
• Assist with internal cost and marketing tracking.

What Were Looking For

• Junior / Graduate profile 12 years of experience.
• Strong execution mindset: you like getting things done.
• Highly organized detail-oriented and reliable.
• Comfortable working across different teams and topics.
• Comfortable with cold calling potential customers
• High learning capacity autonomy and curiosity.
• High experience using tools like Google Sheets PPTs and ChatGPT effectively.
• Fluency in Spanish & English is required.
