As our Working Student Supply Chain (f/m/x) youll support our SCM team in getting our products to the right place at the right time whether to Amazon our warehouse or directly to our customers. Youll learn how to navigate ERP systems get to know our product portfolio and step-by-step grow into your role with full support and space to learn.

YOUR TASKS

• Keep Amazon FBA stocked: Youll monitor inventory levels and initiate shipments when needed.
• Track purchase orders: Youll follow up on open POs and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Data maintenance: Youll help us keep our ERP system up to date and clean with an eye for detail.
• Create new POs: Youll learn how to place purchase orders in Xentral so our warehouse can ship on time.
• Add structure to chaos: Youll help improve our processes and bring in your own ideas.
• Learn by doing: Youll work directly with Mateo (SCM Lead) and get deep insights into supply chain operations from supplier to customer.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled student for at least the next 12 months ideally in Business Logistics Operations or any number-driven program.
• Structured independent way of working and a hands-on attitude you like to get things done.
• Quick thinker with strong communication skills and a calm mindset even when things get hectic.
• Fluent in English (C1) and able to write and understand simple emails in German (DeepL support is totally fine).
• Digital native: Youre comfortable working with digital tools especially Excel or Google Sheets Xentral knowledge is a plus.
• Nice to have: First experience in customer service or support e.g. via email or chat tools (Zendesk).
