Job Summary

We are a technology company providing AI/ML fintech and Healthtech solutions and enhance the customer are based in Mumbai.

Tasks

  • Lead sales strategy development and execution across all product lines
  • Manage and optimize the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate high-value enterprise deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Establish channel partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Implement sales methodologies and processes to improve conversion rates
  • Manage sales team performance and provide strategic guidance
  • Target: Achieve 40% year-over-year revenue growth

Requirements

  • Education: MBA from reputed institution (IIM/ISB/XLRI) or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 years in growth roles within technology/consulting companies
  • Industry: Prior experience in B2B technology fintech or professional services
  • Leadership: Minimum 1 years managing cross-functional teams
