Job Summary
Job Summary (Procurement Analyst 2 IT):
- Manage procurement activities for IT products and services (software SaaS hardware cloud telecom emerging tech)
- Prepare and evaluate procurement documents (RFQ RFP RFI)
- Conduct vendor research and provide supplier recommendations
- Assist business areas in evaluating IT goods/services and participate in negotiations
- Ensure compliance with statewide procurement rules and financial policies
- Present procurement data and reports to stakeholders
- Utilize IT asset management and software licensing knowledge
- Process invoices and manage data/reporting using Google Workspace and Excel
- Work full-time (40 hrs/week) hybrid at Phoenix AZ location for 1 year
- No travel required; must pass background check and drug screening
- Local Arizona candidates only; must be available for in-person interviews and able to start within two weeks of offer
