Unit Information: Intensive Care Location: Catholic Medical Center Address: 100 McGregor St. Manchester NH 03102 Floor: C Building: Catholic Medical Center General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 20 beds Number of Staff Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge 8-10 RN s 1-3 LNA s and sitter PRN o Night Shift - 1 charge 8-10 RN s 1-3 LNA s and sitter PRN Patient Ratios variable biased on acuity (ECMO 2:1 post open heart surgery 1:1 Critical ICU/ devices pt 1:1 typical ICU assignment 1:2 stepdown assigned 1:3-4) Type of equipment IV pumps Telemetry monitors hoyer/ stand lifts Impella IABP CRRT(nxstage) bladder scanner Bair hugger rapid transfuser Blanketrol (for warming and cooling pts) chest tubes vein finder Sorin retransfuser post cardiac surgery ventilator high flow nasal cannula BiPAP/ CPAP EMR Sunrise Patient Population mixed medical and surgical ICU Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Telemetry Ideally PCU or greater Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
